3. No Medical or Emergency Services

ALISE Systems is not a medical device or emergency response system. Our platform is designed to monitor patterns and alert designated contacts to unusual activity. It is not a substitute for medical attention, 911 services, or emergency alert buttons. Always contact emergency services when needed.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when setting up your account or devices

  • Use the service only as intended

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access

You may not use ALISE Systems to harass, abuse, or interfere with the rights or privacy of others.

5. Text Messaging & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages, including:

  • Service reminders or updates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

7. Third-Party Hardware or Services

We may offer or integrate with third-party products (e.g., routers, motion sensors). We are not responsible for any malfunctions, delays, or damages caused by those third-party products. All warranties, returns, and service agreements for those products are subject to their respective manufacturers.
