    When you start, we build a custom escalation plan: who gets alerted, in what order, and under what conditions.

    If there is an urgent safety concern and your escalation plan requires it, emergency services may be contacted.

    We do not diagnose or treat. We provide non-clinical monitoring and alerts so families and care teams can respond early.

  • Most setups take under 20 minutes.
    We guide you through placement and confirm your alerts and escalation preferences.

  • You can receive alerts by text and/or through the app, depending on your preference.
    You can also invite multiple family members to stay informed.
